The most important part of building and designing a website is the first step where we’ll take time to listen to what you want from the website design, how you would like it to look and what tone you want to achieve. We’ll give you some design samples to look at and using trusted third parties (like Adobe) some colour palettes to choose from. We’ll build a list of your requirements which will be the basis from which we build the site. We’ve got some significant experience in delivering projects on time and budget and getting the discovery stage right is key to everything that follows.
PLAN
Next up we’ll start to plan out how we are going to make it happen. We’ll map out your website’s structure, menus and sections and draw up a plan of how we think the site should work and what it should look like and check that it’s the way you want it. We specialise in Isle of Man website design and don’t do anything else so we know how important it is to lay out a plan early but to remain flexible as we move through the Isle of Man website design stages.

Once we’ve agreed how the site should work, we’ll start bringing together some of the designs and colours that we discussed earlier to build a set of mockups for you to look at. We’ll chop and change these so that they look just the way you want them.
This step saves time and avoids costly rework by letting everyone see the pages before any build starts. It makes decisions easier, keeps feedback focused, and shows how the design will feel on phones and computers. The result is fewer surprises, clearer choices, and a faster path to a site that feels right
BUILD
When you’re happy with the mock-ups we’ll set to work building the website. We’ll put it on a staging server where only you can look see it and once we have ironed out any bugs we’ll hand it over to you to give it the once over.
This ‘Build’ stage turns ideas into a working site in a safe space, so nothing public changes until it’s ready. It lets us test forms, speed, and page layouts, catch issues early, and fine‑tune details with real content. That means fewer surprises at launch and a smoother handover.
LAUNCH
Once you are happy with the website, we’ll ask you to sign it off & we’ll make the website live and available to the world. We’ll make sure that it is optimised for speed and that search engines can find it and if you want us to look after your site we’ll make sure that regular backups are being taken, keep a constant check that everything is working the way it should be and, by using recognised experts (like Wordfence), make sure that it’s fully protected.
This Launch stage completes our Isle of Man website design process: we agree goals, shape the structure and look, build everything safely on a private preview site, test and refine with real content, then switch it live with care. The benefit is a smooth go‑live, clear handover, and a site that’s ready to perform from day one. Once everything’s finished, your website is live and working as it should.
